Wagashireland began its journey in Dublin in 2024, bringing the delicate world of wagashi to a city where truly authentic Japanese sweets were almost impossible to find. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into a place where people could discover the beauty, flavour and craftsmanship of traditional Japanese confectionery.Every sweet we make is crafted with care, using time-honoured techniques and thoughtful ingredients to create elegant, balanced flavours. From soft mochi to seasonal wagashi creations, our aim is to share the joy, simplicity and artistry of Japanese sweets with everyone in Dublin.
